Role: New Product Development (NPD) Professional
Duration: Contract Basis.
Responsibilities- Develop and standardize new recipes specifically for Bowls, Burgers, and Waffles/Desserts.
- Manage the product lifecycle from kitchen trials to final recipe lock.
- Ensure all new concepts are scalable for high-volume QSR kitchens.
- Integrate successful products directly into live business menus.
Requirements- Proven hands-on experience in Food NPD.
- Strong background in building products in the Bowls, Burgers, or Dessert categories.
- Understanding of commercial kitchen operations and cost optimization.
