Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop a reliable vendor base for all materials required across units.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, ordering, and delivery tracking.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Good knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
  • Analytical and cost optimization mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier performance.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve any supply-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Production, Quality, Merchandising, Stores) for requirement planning and procurement execution.
  • Track and optimize inventory levels in coordination with stores/warehouse teams.
  • Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and vendor performance evaluations.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
