Job Description

Primary skills:Technology->Finacle-Core-Payments->Excess Management->Advance

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient solutions on GCP aligned with business and architectural standards.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into cloud-native designs and implementation plans.
Provide hands-on technical leadership across GCP services (compute, storage, networking, databases, IAM, monitoring) throughout the project lifecycle.
Define and enforce best practices for GCP usage, including security, compliance, cost optimization, performance, and reliability.
Review solution designs, code, and infrastructure configurations to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards.
Troubleshoot complex issues in GCP environments and drive root cause analysis and long-term remediation.
Mentor and guide team members on GCP concepts, patterns, and tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Contribute to reusable templates, reference architectures, and automation to accelerate GCP adoption across teams.
Partner with stakeholders to plan migrations, modernizations, and optimizations of existing workloads to GCP.
Prepare and present technical documentation, design proposals, and status updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Knowledge of more than one technology
Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals
Knowledge of Testing tools
Knowledge of agile methodologies
Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes
Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements
Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills
Good understanding of the technology and domain
Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methods
Awareness of latest technologies and trends
Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills
