We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our team for a US Healthcare (Medicare) Voice Process. This opportunity is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in international BPO/healthcare processes.
Role Overview- Handle outbound calls for US Medicare customers
- Assist with Medicare services
- Provide accurate information while maintaining compliance standards
- Ensure high-quality customer interaction and resolution
Eligibility- Freshers or up to 2 years of experience in BPO/US Healthcare/Medicare
- Good English communication skills (mandatory)
- Comfortable working in US night shifts
- Basic computer knowledge
Preferred- Prior experience in US Healthcare / Medicare process
- Experience in international voice process
