Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Recruiter to join our team, specializing in non-IT and bulk recruitment. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent in various industries, meeting our clients high-volume recruitment needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Manage high-volume recruitment requirements for non-IT clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and deadlines
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes
- Maintain accurate records and reports using our recruitment software
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience (non-IT and bulk recruitment preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in recruitment software and Microsoft Office
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
