*Job Summary:*

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various non-IT roles, including clients worked for Aditya Birla, Tata Capital, ICICI Lombard, Act Digital, Muthoot Finance and many more.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Understand job requirements and role expectations from hiring managers

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

- Ensure smooth onboarding and follow up with candidates

- Maintain recruitment reports and database

- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

*Key Skills Required:*

- Good understanding of recruitment processes and techniques

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in bulk/mass hiring is a plus

- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Foundit, etc.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR preferred)

- Proven experience in non-IT recruitment (minimum 1 year preferred)
