We are seeking a talented and motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team and manage hiring for both IT and Non-IT positions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes and have the ability to source and engage top talent effectively.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various platforms for job postings and candidate sourcing, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate tracking and reporting.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in IT and Non-IT sectors.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
