NON-IT Recruiter

Role Description

We are hiring US Non-IT Recruiters with 1–2 years of experience supporting mid- and senior-level hiring across Manufacturing, Construction, Logistics, and Skilled Trades sectors. The role involves full lifecycle US recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US non-IT recruitment
• Source candidates through job boards, databases, and networking
• Screen and qualify candidates for mid and senior-level roles
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipeline.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of US Non-IT recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination
• Comfortable working US night shift
