We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter with 35 years of experience in hiring for manufacturing and engineering roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, interview coordination, and stakeholder management, with mandatory experience in recruiting Mechanical Engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for Non-IT roles, particularly in Mechanical, Manufacturing, and Engineering domains.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders for interview planning and feedback management.
- Handle recruitment vendor management and ensure smooth hiring processes.
- Maintain recruitment data and updates in the recruitment system.
Required Skills Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Mandatory experience in hiring Mechanical Engineers or roles within manufacturing/engineering sectors.
- Strong experience in sourcing, interview scheduling, stakeholder management, and vendor management.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors will be preferred.
- Candidates with RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) experience are preferred.

Candidate will be on the payroll of IPS.
