Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment primarily for Non-IT Sales and Business Development roles.
Strongly focus on active sourcing and headhunting, not just job applications.
Source candidates through Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, Indeed, Foundit and other recruitment portals.
Identify and approach passive candidates currently working with competitors and relevant industries.
Hire for B2B Sales, Industrial Sales, Field Sales, Dealer Sales, Channel Sales, Project Sales and Business Development roles.
Conduct competitor and industry mapping to identify relevant talent.
Screen candidates through telephonic interviews and assess experience, targets, territory, product exposure, CTC and notice period.
Maintain a strong and updated Sales candidate database.
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely candidate follow-ups.
Manage candidates from sourcing to interview, offer and joining.
Achieve daily/weekly sourcing, interview and closure targets.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
Ensure quality and relevance of profiles submitted to hiring managers.
