- Experience using job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
- Screening & Evaluation
- Strong ability to assess candidates for soft skills, job fit, and relevant domain knowledge.
- Client Interaction / Stakeholder Management
- Ability to understand job requirements from clients and align candidates accordingly.
- Interview Coordination & Follow-Up
- Smooth handling of interview logistics and feedback loop with clients and candidates.
Industry/Domain Knowledge
- Understanding of Non-IT Roles
- Familiarity with job descriptions and role expectations in sectors like BFSI, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, etc.
- Market Awareness
- Awareness of hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competition in the non-IT sector.

- For interacting with clients and candidates professionally.

- Confidently handling salary discussions and offer rollouts.

Tools & Technologies
- Recruitment Software/ATS(Preferably)
- Exposure to applicant tracking systems (Zoho Recruit, Taleo, etc.)
- MS Office Proficiency(Mandatory)
- Especially Excel for tracking pipeline, reporting metrics, and dashboards.
