Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic NON IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for various non-IT positions, ensuring a seamless process from sourcing to hiring. This role requires a proactive approach to attract and retain top talent while collaborating closely with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various non-IT positions.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate records of recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and its culture.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in non-IT sectors.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Good networking skills to build relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.
• Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations related to hiring.
