We are looking for a Manufacturing Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for manufacturing, production, automotive, engineering, and plant operations roles.
2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing hiring.
Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
