Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Develop and improve food products based on consumer insights and sensory evaluation.
- Validate and standardize recipes using analytical and technical methods.
- Support and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment modifications.
- Ensure product quality during pilot trials and large-scale production.
- Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards (GMP, GHP, HACCP).
- Control production processes, testing, and costing to ensure efficiency and quality.
