- Engineering GMP documents
- Break down/Preventive maintenance report.
- Incident and Investigation Documents.
- Validation Documents.
- QMS documents review and closing.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for instrumentation and Electrical related plant maintenance of Process and utility equipments.
- Identify the areas for improvements to reduce the Break down time of equipments.
- Effective coordination with inter departments (QA, Production and Purchase)
- Consult with Manufacturer for remedial action of machine related issues.
- Project work related to up gradation of systems and equipments.
- Ensure availability of the spares and maintain inventory of critical spares having long delivery time.
- Handling of PLC upgradation and PLC Validation activity.
- Calibration activity completed as per schedule.
- Preparation of annual maintenance budget and ensure expenses are within budget.
- Ensure timely preparation and closing of QMS documents.
- To organize departmental training for improvement.
- Ensure GMP Documents are maintained as per SOP.
Person is also responsible for carrying out any other responsibilities assigned from time to time verbally or in writing.
