- Hands-on management and administration of Palo Alto / FortiGate / Checkpoint / Cisco ASA firewalls
- Configure, implement and manage security policies, NAT rules, URL filtering, and access controls
- Configure and troubleshoot IPSec / SSL VPN tunnels
- Perform packet capture analysis (Wireshark / PCAP) and deep troubleshooting
- Handle incident, problem, change and configuration management
- Troubleshoot across OSI layers (L1L7) including routing, switching, and firewall issues
- Perform firewall patching, upgrades, and compliance activities
- Monitor firewall performance and ensure SLA adherence
- Coordinate with OEM/TAC teams for support and RMA
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks
- Support 24/7 operations environment
- Mentor and guide L1 engineers
