Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled
Network Engineer – L2 with hands-on experience in
data center networking, Cisco ACI, firewalls, and routing & switching technologies. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in deployment, configuration, and management of Cisco ACI environments
- Monitor and manage Cisco Next-Gen Firewalls and Palo Alto Firewalls
- Support and maintain Citrix / F5 Load Balancer solutions
- Perform proactive monitoring of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/DC)
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, firewall, and connectivity issues
- Manage and monitor routing & switching environments (OSPF, BGP)
- Administer and support Cisco AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) servers
- Configure and maintain firewall rules, NAT, PAT, ACLs, and security policies
- Optimize firewall rule base using analysis and performance tuning techniques
- Maintain network documentation, configurations, and change records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth network operations
- Participate in incident, change, and problem management processes
Technical Skills Required- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Routing & Switching (OSPF, BGP)
- Cisco ACI / SDN environments
- Experience with at least two firewall technologies:
- Cisco FTD / Check Point / Palo Alto
- Knowledge of:
- TCP/IP protocol suite
- Network ports, NAT, PAT, ACLs
- Familiarity with:
- Load Balancers (Citrix / F5)
- Network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Experience in firewall policy optimization and performance tuning
Preferred Skills- Exposure to data center networking environments
- Knowledge of network security best practices
- Certifications such as:
- CCNA / CCNP / Cisco ACI Certification
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities

Education
- B.E./B.Tech / MCA / MSc in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Relevant OEM certification in networking/security domain preferred
