What You will be doing:
- Working on Client Network Devices (SD-WAN, Routers, Switches, Wireless etc.) , Upgrades, Migrations etc
- Performs device configurations, internal operating system upgrades and software upgrades and deploys network devices including routers, switches, load balancers and firewalls.
- Follows documented network services processes and procedures - identifies gaps in processes or documentation and suggests improvements.
- Monitors, responds and provides resolution for all network problem and incident tickets.
- Utilizing case management system (CMS), documents status updates and problem resolutions.
What You bring:
- Should have overall 7-10 years of experience as network engineer.
- Should be willing to work in rotational Shifts .
- Very solid understanding of below.
1- Network Architecture
2- Routing and switching.
3- BGP in depth
4- SD-WAN (must have)
5- Wireless
