About the Role:

We are looking for a NetSuite Implementation Specialist with a strong Finance and ERP

implementation background to support and drive our internal NetSuite ERP

implementation and stabilization initiatives. The role will work closely with Finance,

Technology, and Operations teams to manage, optimize, and enhance the NetSuite

ecosystem across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring

efficient ERP workflows, accurate financial reporting, and continuous system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. NetSuite Implementation & Management:

Lead and support NetSuite ERP implementation, rollout, and stabilization initiatives

across the organization.

Oversee NetSuite configuration, system enhancements, and customization requirements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure ERP processes align with finance and

operational workflows.

Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, scripting, and system customizations.

2. Finance & Accounting Modules:

Manage and optimize modules including:

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Revenue Recognition

Financial Reporting and MIS

3. Project Management Module:

Support configuration and usage of the Project Management module for IT services

projects.

Enable processes for Time & Material (T&M) and Fixed Price projects, including:

Project costing

Time tracking

Project billing

Profitability tracking

4. Fixed Assets Management:

Manage asset capitalization, depreciation, and lifecycle management for IT and office

infrastructure through the NetSuite Fixed Assets module.

5. Reporting & Analytics:

Ensure accurate financial reporting, MIS dashboards, and ERP data insights.

Support leadership with ERP-driven decision-making and reporting improvements.

6. Stakeholder & User Support:

Act as a techno-functional bridge between Finance, Technology, and Business teams.

Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting for NetSuite users.

Drive process improvements and best practices for ERP usage across departments.

Qualifications & Experience:

Post Graduation Degree in MBA (Finance) / CA / CA Inter / ICWA (CMA) preferred.

8 - 12 years of experience in ERP systems and finance processes.

Strong hands-on experience in NetSuite implementation and support.

Experience handling at least 3 - 4 NetSuite implementation or rollout projects.

Strong understanding of IT services business models (T&M / Fixed Price projects) and

project accounting.
