Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position, includes travelling. The National Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth across assigned territories. Responsibilities include business planning, managing accounts, overseeing sales teams, preparing budgets, and meeting organizational targets. The role necessitates devising strategies to expand market presence and aligning team efforts to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

• Skills in Business Planning and Budgeting to effectively develop strategies and manage resources
• Account Management capabilities to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience in Sales with a proven track record of achieving targets
• Team Management skills to lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams effectively
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with the healthcare diagnostics industry is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
• Willingness to travel as needed
