We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across India. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales management and will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and lead the sales team to drive performance and meet company objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and foster relationships with key clients.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align strategies.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competition.
  • Provide training and support to sales representatives to enhance their skills.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting for the sales department.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a national role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
