Job Description

Location Name: Pune Corporate Office - Mantri

Job Purpose

To strategically drive cross-functional alignment by collaborating Technology, Content, Deign, QA, SEO and Business teams to ensure seamless integration of vernacular capabilities across digital platforms for both App and Website. To establish and enforce robust execution frameworks, governance models, and standardized processes that enable efficient and high-quality implementation which should sustain localization strategies that enhance user accessibility, engagement, and experience across the App and Website. To support and advance the organization's broader digital accessibility and localization roadmap by monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties And Responsibilities

  •  Program Governance & Planning: Establish and manage project governance frameworks, implementation roadmaps, timelines, and delivery milestones for vernacular language initiatives across digital platforms.
  •  Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Drive alignment and collaboration across Product, Technology, Content, UX, Marketing, and Business teams to ensure seamless execution of vernacular implementation initiatives.
  •  Execution Monitoring & Delivery Assurance: Track project progress, manage dependencies, identify risks, and ensure timely and quality delivery of vernacular features across App and Website.
  •  Localization Strategy & Process Standardization: Develop scalable localization and translation workflows, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in vernacular content deployment.
  •  Performance Tracking & Reporting: Define KPIs, monitor program performance, and provide regular leadership updates on progress, risks, and impact of vernacular initiatives.
  •  Quality & User Experience Oversight: Ensure vernacular implementations meet linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, usability standards, and overall customer experience expectations.
  •  Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify implementation risks, operational challenges, and resource constraints while driving mitigation and resolution strategies.
  •  Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities to enhance vernacular delivery frameworks, leverage automation tools, and adopt best practices to improve scalability and efficiency.

  •  Prioritization of Vernacular Initiatives: Deciding implementation sequence, language prioritization, and feature rollout based on business impact, customer demand, and organizational strategy.
  •  Project Planning & Execution Approach: Determining project timelines, implementation methodologies, delivery frameworks, and resource allocation to ensure effective execution.
  •  Localization & Implementation Frameworks: Selecting and standardizing localization processes, translation workflows, tools, and quality assurance mechanisms.
  •  Risk Mitigation & Issue Resolution: Making decisions on escalation paths, contingency planning, and corrective actions to address delivery risks, delays, or quality concerns.
  •  Stakeholder Alignment & Trade-off Management: Balancing business expectations, technical feasibility, timelines, and resource constraints while making informed trade-off decisions.
  •  Quality & User Experience Standards: Defining acceptance criteria, quality benchmarks, and user experience standards for vernacular implementation across platforms.
  •  Performance Measurement & Reporting Metrics: Deciding KPIs, success metrics, and reporting frameworks to evaluate effectiveness and impact of vernacular initiatives.

  •  Technology & Platform Constraints: Navigating system limitations, integration dependencies, and technical challenges associated with enabling multi-language support across App and Website.
  •  Stakeholder Expectation Management: Balancing business expectations, delivery timelines, and resource availability while ensuring program goals are met effectively.
  •  Process Standardization & Governance Adoption: Driving adherence to standardized localization processes and governance frameworks across teams with varying levels of maturity and priorities.

Required Qualifications And Experience


  •  Educational Qualifications
  •  Graduate degree in Business Management, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
  •  Postgraduate qualifications in Management, Program Management, or Digital Transformation is desirable.
  •  Professional Experience
  •  8–12+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Banking, Fintech, or Financial Services platforms.
  •  Experience in managing cross-functional digital initiatives, preferably in localization, multilingual, or customer experience transformation programs will be preferred.
  •  Exposure to App and Website product lifecycle and digital platform delivery processes.
  •  Functional Knowledge
  •  Understanding of project governance frameworks, PMO best practices, and delivery methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).
  •  Knowledge of localization and translation workflows, vernacular content deployment, and multilingual user experience principles.
  •  Familiarity with digital product development lifecycle, release management, and change management processes.
  •  Understanding of quality assurance standards and performance measurement frameworks.
  •  Technical Skills
  •  Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent).
  •  Working knowledge of localization or translation management tools is preferred.
  •  Strong data analysis and reporting skills using tools such as Excel, dashboards, or reporting platforms.
  •  Basic understanding of digital platforms, mobile applications, and website architecture.
