National Head – Customer Experience (CRM & Customer Support)
Role Purpose
Looking for a seasoned leader to join us as National Head – Customer Experience / Customer Support based in Mumbai.
If you are passionate about building customer-first organizations and have a strong track record of driving excellence across both B2B and B2C environments, we'd love to connect.
What we're looking for:
• 18+ years of experience in Customer Experience / Customer Support
• Proven expertise across B2B, B2C, and international markets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to scale teams and processes
• Deep customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
• Preferred candidates may have experience with BFSI, Telecom, Logistics, Retail, or E-commerce.
Own and lead the complete customer lifecycle—from acquisition support to retention and service recovery—ensuring consistent, high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints.
The role will act as a bridge between Customers, Sales, Operations, Technology, and International teams, leveraging data, analytics, and process excellence to deliver measurable business outcomes.
