Criteria

. Hand on experience in General Ledger, Account Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed assets, Cash and Bank Management, Project Accounting, Budgeting Module on Indian Localization.

. Experience on GST and Indian taxation reporting.

. Minimum 3 end to end ERP implementation experience

Preferably CA or bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration field

Responsibilities

Work directly with clients to gather requirements and design Finance solutions within D365 FO.

Lead workshops and client meetings to ensure business needs are well understood.

Configure and customize Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash & Bank Management.

Ensure compliance with Indian localization and statutory requirements within D365 FO.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other modules.

Provide support during UAT, Go-Live, and post-implementation phases.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing best practices and process improvements.

Expectations

8-10 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (Finance modules).

Strong expertise in Indian localization and statutory compliance.

Proven client-facing consulting experience, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Hands-on experience in implementation, upgrades, and support projects.

Ability to lead finance workstreams and coordinate with technical teams.

Preferred location: Bangalore, but open to other locations as needed.


Qualifications

Educational qualification:

CA/ICWA/MBA Finance

Experience :

8-10 years experience as D365 F&O Finance Consultant

Mandatory/requires Skills :
