Job Description

MS Specialist will be an integral part of our Customer Services team, focused on managing network operations effectively. Identify events, troubleshoot problems, and resolve outages within established SLAs, ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that fosters innovation and continuous improvement.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Resolve first, second, and third-level support issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to report and track enhancement requests, ensuring global tool alignment.
  • Define, plan, and implement changes through the established Change Management Process.
  • Identify and engage with Problem Management when necessary to enhance service quality.
  • Escalate critical issues to relevant Engineering teams, ensuring all parties are timely informed.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, coordinating the replacement of faulty components.
  • Provide comprehensive handovers to peers and ensure detailed documentation of incident resolutions.
  • Attend Daily Operations and Change Review meetings to stay updated on team goals and strategies.

Key Skills And Experience

You Have:

  • Require a bachelor's degree or related field
  • Typically, a minimum 6-10 years of experience in Telecom domain
  • In-depth knowledge of IP domain with technical support experience
  • A degree in IT or equivalent proved experience in technical support roles for high-availability data Centre infrastructures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to confidently engage with customers
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to lead decision-making
  • Positive and proactive attitude to drive resolutions
  • Familiarity with Ticket Management tools

It would be nice if you also had

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently
  • Experience with IP/MPLS technologies
  • Adaptability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift
