Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Design and implement end-to-end CRM solutions aligned with business requirements in the Banking domain.
Develop custom components using JavaScript, plugins, workflows, and CRM SDK.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs and ensure secure data exchange.
Collaborate with business stakeholders from banking and financial services to gather requirements and deliver tailored CRM functionalities.
Lead data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency during transitions.
Apply CRM DevOps strategies for streamlined deployment and version control.
Provide user training and post-deployment support to ensure smooth adoption and continuous improvement.
