Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and develop enterprise-grade applications with over 8 years of experience, including 5+ years specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement).
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM using Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Develop and implement custom plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and utilize CRM SDK for advanced customizations.
Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems using REST APIs and other integration technologies.
Lead and execute data migration strategies ensuring accuracy, consistency, and performance.
Define and implement CRM DevOps strategies for continuous integration and deployment.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Conduct unit testing, peer code reviews, and provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting.
