About this role
We're hiring a Motion Graphics Designer for our Noida studio to create energetic, clear and brand-forward motion work for Reels, YouTube explainers, course videos and paid ads. You'll translate scripts and concepts into motion visuals that teach, excite and convert working closely with editors, writers, marketers and subject experts. This role is hands-on, deadline-driven, and ideal for someone who thinks in timing, transitions and visual rhythm.
What you will do
- Create end-to-end motion pieces: social reels, short ads, explainer videos, lower thirds, intros and thumbnails.
- Build reusable motion templates and graphic packs for faster content production.
- Translate scripts and briefs into storyboards / animatics when required.
- Collaborate with video editors, content writers, and marketing to ensure visual & messaging alignment.
- Execute clean title animations, transitions, HUDs, kinetic typography and data visualisations.
- Deliver final assets in platform-ready formats (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, app).
- Experiment with new visual styles, formats and trends while maintaining brand consistency.
- Optimize motion assets for performance (file size, duration, legibility across devices).
- Maintain version control, archive assets and document motion guidelines for the team.
What you will need
- 13 years professional experience in motion graphics / animation for digital media.
- Strong hands-on skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator; familiarity with Cinema 4D or other 3D tools is a plus but not mandatory.
- Demonstrable portfolio of short-form social motion work (reels, ads, explainers).
- Good sense of composition, timing, typography, color theory and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to storyboard, create animatics and translate briefs into motion language.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production schedule and iterating quickly.
- Basic understanding of export settings, codecs and platform constraints.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and a student-centric mindset.
- Bonus: experience with education or defence content, and basic audio editing skills.
