Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled 2D Animator and Motion Graphics Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of 2D animation principles, video editing techniques, and a passion for telling visually engaging stories. You will work on a range of projects from explainer videos and digital ads to social media content and e-learning modules.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging 2D animations for digital platforms, advertisements, explainer videos, social media, and training content.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content, integrating animations, graphics, music, and voiceovers.
• Collaborate closely with scriptwriters, designers, and project managers to bring creative concepts to life.
• Design and animate characters, environments, and visual elements as per project needs.
• Develop storyboards and animatics to plan out scenes and sequences.
• Apply motion graphics and visual effects to enhance narrative quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high creative standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, animation tools, and editing techniques.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in 2D animation, ideally within a creative agency or production setting.
• Proficiency in software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
• Strong illustration and drawing skills with a good sense of composition and visual storytelling.
• A clear understanding of animation timing, motion, and editing flow.
• Experience with creating storyboards, character rigs, and animatics.
• Basic knowledge of sound design and syncing audio to visuals.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating your animation and video editing work.
