Motion Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are actively seeking a talented and passionate Motion Graphic Designer to become a valuable addition to our team. If you love crafting pop-ups, moving parts in apps, and interactive animations that delight users and make products come alive, this role is for you.

The ideal candidate will not just possess technical skills but also have an exceptional sense of design and creative thinking, always looking at products from the user's perspective. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design compelling, interactive, and motion-rich experiences that enhance usability, engagement, and user delight.

What You Will Do

• Craft Stunning Interactions & Animations – design micro-interactions, app pop-ups, transitions, and moving components to make the user journey smoother and delightful.
• Collaborate with fellow designers, developers, and product teams to integrate motion design seamlessly into the overall user experience.
• Proactively initiate fresh motion concepts and bring creative ideas that simplify complex interactions.
• Create Interactive Prototypes using After Effects, Protopie, Figma, or similar tools to demonstrate motion ideas and user flows.
• Maintain and evolve a motion design system to ensure consistency across digital platforms.
• Stay updated on motion design, UI animation, and micro-interaction trends to continuously improve our product experience.

What You Will Need

• 3+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, and micro-interactions for consumer-focused products.
• Expertise in design & motion tools such as After Effects, Figma, Protopie, Principle, Adobe Animate (or similar).
• Strong portfolio showcasing interactive motion design projects, app pop-ups, and animated UI elements.
• Good knowledge of Lottie animations and optimization for mobile apps.
• Ability to think creatively and translate concepts into visually stunning, user-focused animations.
• Strong communication skills & meticulous attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D software.
• Experience making high-end prototypes for digital products.
