Job Description

Role Overview

This role is responsible for creating high-performing social-first assets and motion-led content

that not only looks great but drives measurable business impact.

You will own end-to-end execution of social creatives — from static posts to high-quality motion

videos — with a strong understanding of fashion, trends, and platform behavior (especially

Instagram).

This is not a traditional designer role. You are expected to think like a content creator, editor,

and performance marketer.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-performing social assets

● Design static, carousel, and short-form video content optimized for platforms like Instagram, Reels, and paid ads

● Develop thumb-stopping creatives that communicate within the first 1–2 seconds Own motion & video design

● Produce high-quality motion graphics, transitions, typography animation, and video edits

● Translate brand and campaign briefs into engaging motion-led storytelling Performance-first creative thinking

● Design with a focus on CTR, engagement, and conversions, not just aesthetics Trend &; culture integration

● Stay on top of fashion trends, internet culture, and social media formats

● Proactively bring ideas rooted in trends, memes, and platform behaviors Social-first mindset

● Build content that feels native to Instagram

● Understand hooks, pacing, captions, and content structures for short-form AI-enabled design execution

● Leverage AI tools to speed up production, generate variations, and ideate faster

● Continuously explore new tools to improve creative output and efficiency

Cross-functional collaboration

● Work closely with copywriters, brand marketing, and growth teams to translate briefs into high-performing creatives

● Align outputs with campaign goals and brand direction

Must-Have Skills

● 2–5 years of experience in performance design / motion design / social media creative

● Strong portfolio showcasing:

○ Social media creatives (especially Instagram/Reels)

○ Motion graphics and video editing work

● Advanced skills in tools like:

○ After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe

○ Strong understanding of:

○ Social media trends and formats

○ Fashion/aesthetic sensibilities

○ What drives engagement and conversions

● Ability to Work fast, iterate quickly, and manage multiple projects

● Hands-on experience with AI tools for creative production (Midjourney, Freepik, Lottie, ChatGPT, etc.)

Experience Requirements

● 2–4 years in graphics + video

● Fashion / lifestyle / creator ecosystem (MANDATORY)

● Strong portfolio showcasing:

○ Video motion work

○ Good understanding of editing for sound, music, and pacing
