Position Overview

The company is looking for a Motion Graphics Design Intern to join its creative team for a 6-month internship, with a full-time offer extended to top performers. In this role, you'll create engaging motion graphics and video content across social media reels, product explainer videos, and marketing campaign animations. This is a hands-on position where your work will be seen by a global audience from day one.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion graphics for social media reels and short-form video content (Instagram, LinkedIn)

• Produce product explainer videos that simplify complex HR and payroll concepts visually

• Create animated assets for marketing campaigns including banners, intros, and promotional videos

• Edit raw video footage with transitions, color grading, text overlays, and audio sync

• Design static visual assets in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to support motion projects

• Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver content on time and aligned with brand guidelines

Must Have Criteria

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, animation, and visual effects

• Hands-on video editing skills — trimming, transitions, color grading, and audio synchronization

• Experience creating short-form video content for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn)

• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for creating motion-ready assets

• Ability to create kinetic typography and animated explainer sequences in After Effects

• A portfolio with at least 2–3 motion graphics or video editing projects (reels, explainers, or ads)

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Animation, Mass Communication, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Prior internship experience in motion graphics, video editing, or visual design

• Familiarity with Figma for design collaboration and asset handoff

• Experience creating content for B2B SaaS or tech brands

• Knowledge of graphic design principles — typography, color theory, and layout composition
