Motion Graphic Designer

Whizz HR is hiring for Motion Graphic Designer to work with a leading advertising agency in Bangalore

The Motion Graphic is a creative, detail-oriented individual responsible for creating beautiful motion graphics as well as editing creative videos.

Her/his main goal is to provide expertise and know-how on projects requiring motion design or video editing through design and storytelling. This role will work with Graphic Designer and Content Writer in collaboration.

Solid understanding of motion graphics, composting and editing principles (including 2d animation, particle systems, roto and tracking, 3d renders passes and compositing)

What would you do:

· Creating visual concepts through storyboards which are then executed through effective storytelling in motion of animation or visual types.

· Design/animate motion graphics for various projects - from Short videos, Product or Promo videos, Typography videos, Infographic videos to full-scale campaign videos.

· Able to edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.

· Should have good understanding in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc for motion graphic.

· Edit and organize shoot/stock footage to create final videos.

· Excellent understanding of motion, visual pacing and timing.

· Must be able to create mock ups (both stills and animated).

· Knowledge of video formats, codices, and digital capture tools.

· Collaborate with internal teams for internal & external projects.

· Experience in carrying projects from concept to execution/final delivery.

· Experience in effectively managing timelines to ensure project completion.

· Ability to work effectively solo and in teams.

· Ability to organize and translate abstract concepts into compelling content

· Must be deadline-driven, organized and detail-oriented.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest techniques.

· Must have top-notch interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualification:

Experience in Animation & Video Editing: Agency or In-house.

· Motion Graphics: Adobe After Effects is a must.

· Video Editing: Adobe Premiere.

· Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a must.

· Knowledge of Final Cut Pro, Premiere, Adobe Animate (previously flash) and Cinema4D is not mandatory but is a plus.
