We are looking for a craft-driven Motion Designer to define how Elivaas looks, moves, and feels across product and brand. You will work hand-in-hand with product and design to bring experiences to life through motion, from subtle micro-interactions inside our apps to bold, thoughtful visual storytelling for our brand. This is not an execution-only role. We expect strong thinking, clear intent, and purposeful motion, not just pretty animations.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve a motion design system for our product interfaces.
- Design intuitive and delightful animations for onboarding, success states, and AI-driven experiences.
- Create premium motion assets for the brand, website, and social channels.
- Partner with product designers to define motion principles and interaction patterns.
- Translate complex product ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives.

- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A balanced mindset that blends creativity with practicality.
