We're Hiring: Motion Design Intern at LaFetch (Paid)
Location: Gurgaon Office (Onsite, 5 Days a Week)
LaFetch is India's fastest-growing fashion marketplace, homegrown brands delivered in 60 minutes across Delhi NCR.
Motion is not an add-on here.
Motion is how our brand moves, feels, and converts.
We're looking for a Motion Design Intern who's technically sharp, visually obsessive, and already very comfortable inside professional motion workflows.
This is not a learning-basics role.
This is for someone who already knows the tools, and wants to push them harder.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating short-form motion content for Instagram, ads, and campaigns
- Animating fashion visuals that feel premium, clean, and current
- Designing motion-led creatives that stop the scroll
- Working on transitions, text animations, visual effects, and pacing
- Color grading and polishing video output for brand consistency
- Supporting campaign launches, drops, and brand stories through motion
- Collaborating closely with design, content, and marketing teams

Tool Proficiency (Non-Negotiable)
You should be very strong in:
- Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro- confident, fast, production-ready
- Adobe Photoshop (Advanced)- strong compositing, masking, asset prep
(Think 9.5/10, not I can manage)
- DaVinci Resolve- editing, color correction, and final polish
You should already be comfortable working across tools without hand-holding.
