Module Lead

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end web applications using Microsoft technology stack (.NET, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, WebAPI).
• Integrate browser-based applications with existing backend services to deliver seamless solutions.
• Collaborate closely with global customers and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by advocating FURPS (Functionality, Usability, Reliability, Performance, and Supportability) principles.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of developers, driving technical excellence and professional growth.
• Own the quality of code, unit test coverage, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Design scalable n-tier architectures and apply strong object-oriented design and design patterns effectively.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks for different business scenarios.
• Utilize modern frontend frameworks such as Angular 7+ for building interactive UI components.
• Work with Azure cloud technologies including Cosmos DB, Azure Functions, Azure Monitor, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain event-driven, domain-driven, and microservices architectures.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms including OAuth2 and OpenIDC.
• Conduct UI testing and unit testing using tools like MSTest, Jasmine, MOQ, NUnit, Karma.
• Practice Agile development methodologies, preferably Scrum, participating actively in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
