Technical Skills :
Should have experience in c#, ASP.Net, Apis, MVC etc
Should have strong experience in MS SQL Server.
Should have hands on experience in designing and understanding complex relational databases.
Should have experience in performance optimizations on SQL database/query.
Should have experience in writing SQL queries for complex relational databases.
Should have good problem-solving skills.
Role & Responsibilities :
Project & Delivery Ownership :
Should have experience in effort estimation, planning, task assignment, and status tracking.
Should have experience in complete software lifecycle from requirement gathering/discussion, development/implementation to deployment and maintenance.
Should have handle multiple projects at a time.
Should have experience in handling team and collaboration skills.
Should have good work ethics and provide motivation to team members.
Documentation & Communication :
Should be capable of preparing technical documentation (design docs, deployment guides, user manuals).
Should have strong communication skills for client interactions and internal presentations.
Core Technical Skills :
Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, APIs, and MVC.
Expertise in MS SQL Server, including complex relational database design, querying, and performance optimization.
Essential Qualities : Strong problem-solving skills, good work ethic, and collaborative spirit.
