Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Mobile Retail Sales role based in Madurai. The role involves assisting customers in selecting mobile devices, providing detailed product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, offering product demonstrations, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will play a vital role in building strong customer relationships and representing the Orange Mobiles brand.

- Proven experience in Retail Sales and comprehensive Product Knowledge
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers
- Effective Communication capabilities to clearly convey product details and recommendations
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales goals
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in sales will be an advantage
- Familiarity with mobile devices, operating systems, and troubleshooting is a plus
