Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Oversee and streamline the lead allocation process by ensuring that leads received through campaigns, walk-ins, and other sources are accurately assigned to the appropriate sales and pre-sales teams for timely follow-up.
- Handle the complete lead management process within MIS systems, including lead registration, coordination of site visits, follow-ups, and final closures, while ensuring data accuracy and minimizing lead leakage.
- Assist in performance monitoring through MIS reporting by identifying concerns such as pending follow-ups, delayed responses, and operational inefficiencies, while recommending improvements based on analytical insights.
- Maintain an organized and updated lead database, and prepare regular MIS reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for improving conversion rates and managing the sales pipeline effectively.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, pre-sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication, efficient workflow management, and consistency in reporting and data maintenance.
- Monitor live lead activities through MIS dashboards and take necessary corrective measures to address missed walk-ins, response delays, and process gaps, thereby enhancing operational productivity and customer experience.
