Job Description
- Experience in Calling Telesales and generating leads through calls.
- Direct cold call in Industrial area in respective location (Industrial area)
- Following up with the clients post client acquisition for payment and other requirements on the ratings.
- Completing end to end rating process of mandates preparation on uploading for the quality check and pre and post mandate preparation requirements.
- Collection of surveillance fees for the rating process Collect Mandates for enhanced debt facilities from existing clients.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the management information system (MIS) for the credit ratings business.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across various systems and reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making.
