MIS - Lead Management Internship in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Monitor and optimize the lead allocation process by ensuring that all leads received through campaigns, walk-ins, and different sources are accurately distributed to the appropriate sales and pre-sales teams for timely follow up.
• Handle the entire lead management cycle within MIS platforms, including lead registration, site visits, follow-ups, and final closures, while ensuring data accuracy and minimizing the chances of lead loss.
• Assist in performance monitoring through MIS reporting by identifying concerns such as pending follow ups, delayed actions, and process inefficiencies, while recommending improvements based on analytical insights.
• Maintain a structured and regularly updated lead database, and prepare periodic MIS reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insights for improving conversion rates and managing the sales pipeline effectively.
• Coordinate with teams including marketing, sales, pre-sales, and operations to ensure seamless information flow and consistency in data management and reporting activities.
• Monitor live lead activities through MIS dashboards and take proactive steps to resolve issues such as unattended walk-ins, delayed responses, and workflow bottlenecks in order to improve operational performance and customer experience.
