Job Description:-- Data Management: Collecting, organizing, and managing data from various sources within the organization, including databases, spreadsheets, and software applications.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to make strategic business decisions.
- Reporting: Creating reports and dashboards to present data and information in a format that is easy to understand for decision-makers.
- Database Management: Maintaining and updating databases, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing data storage and retrieval.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using software and tools for data analysis and reporting, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL databases, and business intelligence software.
- Data Visualization: Using data visualization tools to create charts, graphs, and visual representations of data for better understanding and communication.
- IT Support: Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users when dealing with data-related issues.
- Data Security: Ensuring the security and privacy of data by implementing and maintaining data protection measures and access controls.
- System Integration: Integrating data from various systems and sources to create a unified view of the organization's data.
- Custom Reporting: Designing and developing custom reports to meet the specific needs of different departments or teams within the organization.
- Strategic Decision Support: Collaborating with management to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:-- Male/Female with experience as MIS specialist may apply.
- Candidates should have excellent communication skills and should be well-versed with MS Office.
- Knowledge of dashboard creations & MIS report preparation.
- Knowledge of V lookup,H lookup, and Pivot Tables is mandatory.
- Candidates from western line will only be considered.
- Ability to handle multiple jobs/projects at the same time.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Maintain all records and assist in documentation work.
