Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and maintenance to existing MIS systems.
  • Generate and distribute management reports accurately and on time.
  • Develop MIS documentation for smooth operations.
  • Perform data analysis and generate reports periodically.
  • Extract reports from CRM tools and prepare desired formats.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, PPTs, and scorecards.
  • Collect, store, and reproduce data for management.
  • Perform MS Excel tasks (VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, pivot tables, etc. )

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields* (Master's degree is an added advantage).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in the BPO field.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Certification course in MIS or related field.
  • Ability to train junior resources.
  • Knowledge of various MIS reporting tools.
