Job Summary We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our After Sales & Operations team. The ideal candidate will not only manage reporting and data analysis but also build smart, no-code tools to streamline service and operational workflows using AI-based and automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Design and manage daily/weekly/monthly reports covering service calls, installations, technician performance, part usage, and customer escalations. -
  • Track core KPIs: TAT (Turnaround Time), Repeat Call %, Resolution SLA adherence,
  • Technician Productivity, etc. -
  • Develop no-code apps and dashboards using platforms like Airtable, AppSheet, Glide, Power Apps, or Zoho Creator to simplify field reporting, spare tracking, and service log updates. -
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Bard, Make, Zapier, Notion AI) to automate workflows and generate insights for operational decisions. -
  • Build notification and alert systems (e.g., automated WhatsApp/email alerts) for key issues like SLA breaches or part shortages. -
  • Consolidate regional data from field engineers, hubs, and support teams into unified dashboards for leadership.
  • - Identify bottlenecks and trends using historical service and operations data to recommend process improvements. - Prepare reports and presentations for internal leadership meetings and reviews.
  • - Train internal users on tools and dashboards created; maintain documentation for all apps/automations developed.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) -

  • Timeliness and automation of reporting workflows - % of manual processes automated via no-code tools - Accuracy and usability of MIS dashboards
  • - Reduction in reporting errors and duplicated effort
  • - Internal stakeholder satisfaction with MIS systems - Number of AI/no-code automations implemented

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Data Analytics, or related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in MIS/Reporting, preferably in a consumer electronics/after-sales setup. - Mandatory:

- Proficiency in no-code platforms (AppSheet, Glide, Zoho Creator, Airtable, Power Apps, etc.)

- Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow automation (Zapier, Make, Notion AI, ChatGPT, etc.) - Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Dashboards, VLOOKUP, Macros). - Experience in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau) is a plus.

- Analytical mindset with a bias for automation and continuous improvement.

- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate across departments and technical/nontechnical teams.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience with service CRMs (Freshdesk, Zoho, Salesforce Service Cloud, etc.)
  • Understanding of service operations in appliances or consumer electronics
  • Self-initiated mindset and ability to work in a fast-moving environment
