Collect, compile, and maintain operational and performance data.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and relevant departments.
Handle DSR invoicing and reconciliation with accuracy and timeliness.
Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
Generate dashboards, presentations, and ad-hoc reports as required.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of reports.
Coordinate with different departments (Operations, Finance and Marketing) for data requirements.
Automate reporting processes where possible to increase efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all organizational data.
1-3 years of experience in MIS/ Reporting/ Data Analysis roles.
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) is a MUST.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
