Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM & MIS Executive to manage and optimize our customer relationship management systems and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless customer engagement, accurate data management, and actionable insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, including data entry, lead tracking, and customer interaction records
- Handle and integrate communication platforms such as WhatsApp APIs and voice calling applications
- Monitor and analyze data to generate MIS reports for business insights and decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across systems
- Train and support team members on CRM tools and Excel-based reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline CRM workflows and improve customer experience
- Identify system issues and coordinate timely resolution
- Provide hands-on support for advanced Excel reporting, dashboards, and data analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in CRM, MIS, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM or Salesforce
- Familiarity with WhatsApp APIs and voice calling software
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, reporting)
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
