Roles and Responsibili

  • ties:
    Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, induction and other cross-functional stakeholders of different verticals to understand and deliver on their data
  • needs.Design and implement report administration framework, develop self-service HR dashboards that will improve organizational abilities to plan for future talent
  • needsCompile the HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the HR & TA Dashboards, hiring trends, various engagement surveys, onboarding feedback, exit inter
