Roles And Responsibilities
Collect, manage, and analyze data related to stock broking operations and business functions.
Create reports and dashboards using data analytics tools to support decision-making.
Maintain and manage databases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data.
Monitor business performance against KPIs and targets, and provide analytical insights.
Identify data trends and recommend actionable strategies based on those insights.
Collaborate with different departments to gather data and understand functional challenges.
Work with various teams to identify manual or repetitive tasks and develop automated solutions using tools like Excel macros, SQL, Python scripts, etc.
Provide guidance and support to teams on data handling, reporting, and automation best practices.
Requirements And Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Prior experience as an MIS Executive or similar role, preferably in the financial or stock broking domain.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Working knowledge of Python is strongly preferred, especially for automation and data processing tasks.
Familiarity with stock market operations, financial instruments, and related terminology is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.
