Key Responsibilities:
1. MIS & Reporting
• Develop, maintain, and automate regional MIS dashboards and performance reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports to regional and central leadership.
• Analyze key business metric and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Prepare variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasts for operational KPIs.
2. Data Management & Analytics
• Design and implement efficient data collection systems and ensure data accuracy and consistency across all sources.
• Work closely with IT and business teams to improve data quality, structure, and accessibility.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify performance gaps, process bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support regional projects with data-backed recommendations and business cases. 3. Process Improvement
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks using BI tools, Excel macros, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. • Standardize reporting templates and processes across locations.
• Develop and maintain documentation of MIS processes, definitions, and data sources.
4. Stakeholder Management
• Partner with regional and central teams including Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, and IT to align MIS deliverables.
• Communicate insights effectively to senior management through presentations and reports.
• Provide data-driven support for regional business reviews and performance discussions.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
