Role Definition
The MIS role is an ideal candidate who will drive data visibility across Consulting, Managed Services, and Engineering teams by implementing standard reports and dashboards.
This role will support our leadership decisions through a data-driven approach and fulfill customer report requirements, which is in line with our new service delivery model.
Role Summary
The MIS Executive will drive data visibility and reporting governance across our internal teams by designing, standardising, and maintaining structured reports and dashboards.
This will be a semi-technical role that plays a critical part in enabling leadership decision-making through accurate KPI tracking, SLA calculations, and business insights.
The MIS Executive will ensure timely, high-quality reporting aligned with the organisation's service delivery model while maintaining data integrity and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Structured Reporting & Dashboard Management
Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports
Design high-quality MIS dashboards to track business SLAs
Collaborate with our internal team to understand their report requirements and help them standardize the process
Help with automating standard reports for business efficiency
- Data Analysis, Insights & Governance
Ensure to validate the data source accuracy before publishing any reports
100% accuracy in terms of SLAs & KPIs calculations
Provide high-level business summaries & analysis to the leadership team, thereby identifying patterns and gaps
